What Is 14 Momme Silk?

Momme (pronounced moe-mee) is a unit used to measure the weight of silk fabric. At 14 momme, this silk offers a lightweight feel with a smooth, elegant finish.

Care Instructions

Cotton Sateen

• Routine washing: Machine wash at 40°C with detergent.

• Occasional deep cleaning: Wash at 60°C when needed. Frequent high-temperature washing may accelerate fabric wear.

• Drying: Air-drying is recommended to help preserve the fabric. Tumble dry on low heat if needed.

• Important: Do not bleach.

100% Mulberry Silk

• Washing: Rinse separately from other laundry in cold water for the first wash, then run a normal machine wash cycle with cold water and detergent. Wash in cold water for subsequent washes.

• Drying: Air-drying is recommended. If using a dryer, use the no-heat or air-fluff setting for less than 15 minutes, placing the pillowcase inside a mesh laundry bag.

• Dry cleaning: Dry cleaning is also an option.

• Important: Do not bleach.
